Description

This wonderful, bright apartment, located at Lumbreras St. 38 is a duplex penthouse is located on the second floor of the building, with its convenient access through its Andalusian areas. The apartment has two private terraces, one of them near by  the kitchen, equipped for you to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner, thanks to our wonderful climate all year along. The second terrace on the top of the duplex serves as the solarium, where you will enjoy greater privacy while you have a sunbath, read, and so on.


The apartment is equipped with sheets, blankets and towels. As a courtesy, Living-Sevilla Apartments equipped with soap, toilet paper, detergent, garbage bags, dishwasher soap as a welcome.
 

The apartment has a magnificent dining room lit naturally through a double window. It is spacious and decorated, elegant and practical at the same time, with bright colors, like our city, and allegorical pictures of our folklore and tradition. It has a comfortable five-seater large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed, accompanied by a reading lamp. It also includes a modern upholstered chair, a table and a TV cabinet that houses a magnificent 32" plasma with international channels and wireless internet connection free of charge during their stay in the apartment.


The dining room attached to, consists of a large steel and glass table, 8 chairs and decorative lamps. The staff of Living-Sevilla Apartments welcomes you with a small selection of teas and coffees. There is also an elegant desk where you can check your travel documents, work, etc..


The kitchen is very practical and large, is fully equipped with everything necessary for you to prepare and enjoy your own food. A large-capacity refrigerator is the perfect partner for anyone who happens to us more than a couple of days. It also is equipped with washing machine, with programs for all types of clothing, digital ceramic hob with four rings, kettle (Kettle), coffee maker, toaster, microwave-grill, juicer, blender, iron, crockery, glassware and cutlery for all people as well as pots, pans and other utensils in an impeccable state of maintenance make this kitchen one of the best equipped you can find in apartments.
 

The three bedrooms, decorated with soft colors and a practical and comfortable furnishings make them a suitable place for rest, are distributed as follows:


The first bedroom, naturally lit and comprises a comfortable double bed, individual reading lights and a large closet for your luggage and other accessories, such as ironing boards, that will make your stay more comfortable.
 

The second bedroom, naturally lit, as it gives the main courtyard, dating from the early twentieth century, consists of two 'twin' beds, individual reading lights, large mirror and a wardrobe of great ability.
 

The third and final bedroom is on the top floor of the duplex, is independent and enjoys a private terrace, with its own bathroom for your convenience.
The main bathroom, modern and spacious, located on the lower floor of the duplex, serving two bedrooms and lounge.

 

For convenience, there is a second bathroom on the top floor of the duplex, which primarily serves the third bedroom. In both, you can enjoy a refreshing shower after a hard day of work or stroll through our city.


The apartment is located in the heart of the city of Seville, in the historic center, one of the most monumental and important in Europe. Our magnificent building Lumbreras St. 38, whose type is home-patio, popular style of the twentieth century, with its majestic facade dating from its origins in 1906, makes your stay converge in a historical space that became part of the garden the Convent of San Clemente and Santa Clara, one of the most important of Seville. The building was rehabilitated in 2009 by the owners, a family of architects and interior designers who have managed to converge original materials such as marble, wood or metal beams, with other avant-garde, such as Venetian plaster and monolayers to achieve a modern and in keeping with the XXI century.
 

The interior of our apartment features high quality materials, such as double glazing in the windows 'double glazing' foot and a half walls of brick, acoustical partitions on those walkways, shutters, premium bathroom fittings, security doors art, safe, and so on.
